Estimates provided via phone, email, or web form are non-binding until a written quote is signed by both parties. Prices may change based on conditions discovered during the on-site walkthrough, such as rotted framing, failed footings, or rim-joist repair. Final scope is always documented in writing before work begins.
Website content.
All content on this website is © 2026 Apex Builderz LLC. Photography, copy, and design are owned by us or licensed for our use. Before-and-after and gallery images on this site are representative examples of the type of work we do, not photographs of specific completed customer projects unless stated otherwise.
Warranty.
Every project includes a written workmanship warranty from the completion date. Manufacturer warranties on composite decking and other products apply separately. Details are documented in the signed project quote.
